Are you preparing for your next level? Then join us for our twelve game instructional and competitive fall league. Jeff Forney will be hosting this eight week league that will focus on helping players to prepare for their next level. Games and instruction aimed to prepare the player for the next level will be the primary focus of this Fall league.
A great tool for team development. Coaches if you have a nucleus of players wanting to play fall this would be great time to keep them playing together. We want to first put the emphasis on development of the player and coaches. However we know that some of the best development for players is in the close knit work of a team, so we encourage this in conjunction to the guidelines we have set out.
Coaches are needed. If you have ever had the interest in coaching your child or the youth league player, this would be the ideal opportunity to get started. We encourage you to attend our coaches clinic this would be the opportune time to gather pointers and apply them. If you would like to put together your own team you may also do that.
Our goal is to help players with the next level. There is no substitute for playing the game of baseball and this Fall league will provide just that opportunity for players. Along with instruction and competition from games we know it is the equivalent of putting another season under the players belt.
A training tool for coaches and parents. We know a big part of player development is the coaching and instruction they receive. We want to help instruct and inform coaches as well. Our coach’s clinic that will kick off the Fall League will feature Major League and College coaches that will be sharing the expertise and experience. We don't want to stop there as the season progresses we want to have mini clinics and e-mail coaching forums on specific skills and instruction so the coaches can pass them on to the players.
The Fall League format and schedule. Games will be played one week night per week and Saturdays. Most weeks you will play two games per week some weeks only one game. The season will consist of a twelve game schedule over nine weeks
T-Ball will play nine games.
Games will be held at the eight field McQueen Sports Complex.
